1.Introduction

This is the U.S.R.P.F. Flag. The star of R.P.F. is embedded in the center. Here are some color descriptions:

Black: The R.P.F. has always been known for its “appearance in black”. It is there to remind the Nation of its co-existing Army.

Red: Red stands for fierce fighting abilities and determination to win it all. It is what this Army and Nation always has been about.

White: White stands for Freedom, Justice, and Peace. It is the overall goal of the R.P.F.

John Borne: Dates Unknown; Successor of Kg007,  Only served as leader for a brief five days before being impeached

Ziehen: 25 July, 2008 – 31 December, 2008; Successor of John Borne, Elected by popular vote after the impeachment of John Borne

Commando717: 1 January, 2009 – 13 April, 2009; Successor of Ziehen, Also first and Founder of the RPF.

Kyle Cease: 14 April, 2009 – 4 August, 2009; Successor of Commando717, Also Co-Founder of the RPF

Furbur27: 4 August, 2009 – Present; Successor of Kyle Cease, Former 2nd In Command under Kyle Cease and Commando717

Southern Lights – Governor – Lucario546/War torn medium city, still in ruins from past bombings, in a progressive reconstruction era by itself – Medium Base

Snowy River – Governor – Jedimaster17/Outskirts near the border of the USRPF, Medium City, Small Base, Very known for its nature and for the first USRPF National Park

Parka – Governor – Non Yet/Large Base, Originally the second USRPF server, it is now once again a USRPF server.  Highly Dense City, Rivals Tundra. If your looking for something, you can find it here, anything except natural beauty pretty much

Alpine – Governor – Non Yet/Medium Base, Medium city, known for its expensive factories that take up wide tracks of land building war machines.

Snowbound – Governor – Non Yet/Medium Base, Large city. Mostly $$$ Residents, very rich community. With now, a very large front gate.

Northern Lights – Governor – Non Yet/Peaceful non war torn medium city. It continues in a downward slope of citizens as it gets boring for not being known for anything. Basically the exact opposite server of Southern Lights.

Deu Branco – Governor – Non Yet/Medium Base, Large City. Another city in the USRPF rivaling Tundra in citizens, its known for its exotic foods, and on that matter, clubs. If you know what I mean.

Alaska – Governor – Non Yet/Large Base, Medium City. After a USRPF frightor ship crashed in the once known state of the “United States Alaska”. They were all killed, and it was taken over. 1 Point Penguins. 0 Points Humanity.

Inverno – Governor – Non Yet/Large Base, Small City. Besides the fact its a small town with a huge factory that supplies everybody with jobs, it makes some great chocolate, and mutates childern.

Granizo – Governor – Non Yet/Small Base, No City. This server is basically known as the backyard, behind the garage of the USRPF. Its used as a RPF/ST storage factory mostly. But yes, it still has free snacks.

The Tundra Agreement

Due to the Tundra Agreement, Tundra is split between: RPF, WW, and BB. Each owns 33%. When you mess with Tundra, you mess with all three of us. We swear to protect Tundra to the best of our abilities.

3. Government

The U.S.R.P.F. has adopted the democratic ways of its army, the R.P.F. We consider the U.S.R.P.F. to be a Representative Democracy. The citizens of this Nation vote for 7 Senators to represent their needs every second month. The U.S.R.P.F. has 3 branches of government: Executive (President Commando717), Legislative (Senate, Local Government(s)), and Jurisdictional (Supreme Court, 5 Judges).

President Commando717 – President Commando717 was elected into office on January 1st, 2009. He has been active in the Army for almost 2 years, asides from being “retired until he was elected again,  he started with his first position in Government as Founder and first RPF leader May 8th, 2007. The President is the only member of the Executive Branch, and is not part of any other Branch. Laws are signed by the President. The President cannot veto something if the FULL Senate votes against his own decision. The President reserves the right to dissolve Senate, if agreed by the Head of Senate [also Vice-President] and to request impeachments of certain positions. The President is currently also the Army Leader – under the new rules, this does not need to be the case anymore.

Vice-President – Omega39 and Furbur27 – Omega39 and Furbur27 was announced as the new Vice-President after Sergie was fired from the Army and Government on Friday, 20 November, 2008 for deleting 3 months of the latest blog content, and all pages. Omega39 is the “father of the Constitution”, a former and successful USRPF Supreme Court Judge, and a very valued strategist. Furbur27 was elected Vice President along side Omega39 when Commando717 was elected into office once again as Leader of RPF. He shares most of the same charactoristics as Omega39.

Prime Minister – Lpg123 – Lpg123  is still Assistant General in the Army, but is not directly involved with Government decisions – unless it comes to important Government decisions (bills, impeachments, forming government, etc.). He is Head of State and needs to approve those major government actions. He will retire on 31 December, 2008.

House of Representatives – Furbur27 (Head of House), Nielsenkc, Mocar1, Gregorey, Jedimaster17, Islandershky, Lordcody56, Spaceybirdy – The House was first founded by Kyle Cease in the first quarter of this year. It included Warlords and up. However, upon Ziehen becoming President, the structure changed. President Ziehen believed in election of Representatives, not appointing them by Army Rank. The Head of House is Furbur27, the RPF Head Warlord. The House creates Bills and waits upon the President’s signature. A Bill cannot be passed without the President’s Approval. The House can however impeach the President with a Full Agreement by the entire Congress. Elections: Every 6 Months or Sooner.

Server Governor – The Server Governor can be any U.S.R.P.F. citizen that has been active in his/her riding, he/she wishes to run in. The Server Governor manages local affairs such as events and activities on that server. The Server Governor must have a close relationship with the Army, for the Server to stay safe. Elections: Every 3 Months or Sooner.

Local Positions – The Server Governor may appoint certain trusted persons to positions associated with the Local Government. They may include: Minister of – Defence, Foreign Affairs, etc. It is up to the Server Governor how the Goverment will run.

Judges – There are only 5 appointed members that make up the Supreme Court and therefore the Jurisdictional Branch: Kyle Cease (Head Judge, must ALWAYS be present for an event), Commando717, TBA, Spaceybirdy, Tucker_Jinx. The 5 Judges are responsible for reviewing the Laws, if so appealed by some one, and to enforce them in a criminal Court trial. The Jurisdictional Branch cannot call the following people of Government into a session during their time in office: President (can never be called upon), Vice President, Senators, Server Governors.

4. Citizenship and other Roles

Anyone who is in the Army is automatically a Citizen of the U.S.R.P.F., if he/she is not active within the Government. There are certain advantages as to being a Citizen versus being a Non-Citizen/Resident.

• Citizens may Vote for: President, Vice-President, Senators, Server Governors (Anything Representing The Citizens)
• Citizens may run for: Server Governors and/or other positions of the Local Government
• Citizens Have Priority in Being Protected By Our Army
• Citizens’ Comments to the Government are read first, while Residents’ Comments are read after

Other Roles include: Member of the Government Cabinet; Participation in The Offices of Goverment Agencies; Member of The Army (No-Brainer!); Member of The Agency For Foreign Affairs/Being an Ambassador
