URA Buy Out Contract Of 2009

URA came to us one day wondering if they could join RPF, this contract would finalize that question. This contract states that once the leaders of URA have signed, URA will now be known as the proud troops of the RPF. The Treaty Of Snowy River

Dear viewers,

The territory of the jurisdiction of Snowy River (in its fullest area, i.e. corporate limits) will be split evenly by three nations: the United Servers of the Rebel Penguin Federation, the lands of the United Rebel Army, and the USLVAS. Not one of the rooms of this server may be definitely owned one nation for any time – no exceptions whatsoever. With this treaty, it is confirmed that all decisions for this jurisdiction will be decided by a two-thirds majority (since there are three members of the council). Future agreements of a union, such as is the case for the Tundra Union, will be made later. No radical movements and government decisions may be made. The server is neutral until this document is signed. Upon being signed, the forces of the three nations may take up stations and share the server peacefully without any defining borders.

Black Jacket Treaty Of 2009

As I, Ziehen, represented RPF as highest government official and ambassador, I had the choice of picking 2 out of 4 neutral servers for USRPF. After having negotiated with Squab, UMA Leader, and later their ambassador for the meeting, Fiddy, I concluded that the USRPF would receive Polar. The Black Jackets keep Hibernate, Deu Branco (POR), and Snow Bound. The UMA gets Flurry.

The Black Jackets surrended at around 5:00 p.m. EST on Sunday, 18 January, 2008 during a battle encounter with the Rebel Penguin Federation and Underground Mafia Army. All sides agreed to hold peaceful and diplomatic negotations. Effects:

• The Black Jackets keep Hibernate, Snowbound, and Deu Branco
• The Rebel Penguin Federation receives full ownership of  Polar as a reward for their victory
• The Underground Mafia Army receives full ownership of Flurry as a reward for their victory

The No Firing Act Of Wind Chill Of 2009
Two armies both decided to keep the peace in the server of Wind Chill, but for that to happen a No Fireing Act would be needed. To keep the peace between armies. This act insures that RPF and the SCPA will both protect the server of Wind Chill in harmony, along side each other. For each to share the land. Allied Act Of 2008

We are the Allies. That is what we have dubbed ourselves. I would like to thank the UMA for that title. I feel that they came up with the name. It’s a good name. So let’s make this alliance official. We are not going to break up when times seem tough. Obviously we are not losing this, but we want to get the point across. We are the Allies. This is a bill, that hopefully will be passed. Eyeglass Act of 2008

The WW have rejected the offer for a merger, which is just fine. We are willing to accept the fact. However, we are great, great allies, and we do not want to lose this alliance. So, the Eyeglass Act of 2008 will strengthen the bond, making it more than an alliance -a friendship. A mutual like for each other. We do not ever want to fight, so we might as well make it official. The Treaty of Tundra of 2008

The Armies of Rebel Penguin Federation (RPF), Fort Ghost Recon (FGR), and Watex Warriors (WW) have agreed to an official Server Agreement of Tundra that is now in effect. It states that:

1. All 3 Armies will share the server fairly

1.2 Black Bandits will have to contact all 3 Armies to have their name carved into this Document

2. Each Army gets one room that act as Headquarters; however, any Army can still use that room if permitted by the housing Army

3. Decisions affecting Tundra must be made by consensus of all 3 [4] armies.
